ITMS2014 + as a tool for application, implementation and monitoring of EU funds, serves applicants and beneficiaries involved in the preparation, administration, selection, control, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of provided funds from the ESI Funds (European Structural and Investment Funds).The ITMS2014 + mobile application is an extension of the ITMS2014 + web application and its public services and functionalities available at www.itms2014.sk.
The mobile application has no ambition to replace the functionality of the ITMS2014 + web application.
Its purpose is to bring users faster and more compact access to information about planned and announced calls, the status of submitted NFP applications and projects, or to expand the functionality of the ITMS2014 + system.The application is divided into two parts.
For logged in and non-logged in users.Features for unlogged-in user:* news and announcements from the ITMS2014 + environment* overview of planned calls together with the possibility of detailed search* overview of announced and closed calls together with the possibility of detailed search* Possibility to add a comment to the calendar with the date of the preliminary call* Ability to share a link to a specific call* Possibility to subscribe to notifications regarding changes to a specific call* access to answers to frequently asked questionsThe logged in user (registered in the public part of ITMS2014 +) has the following functions in addition to the non-logged-in user:* possibility to choose an entity in case of registration under several entities* overview of the status submitted by ŽoNFP* access to readonly detail of ŽoNFP and PDF document, which was submitted to RO / SO* overview of the status of implemented projects* Access to project detail readonly* possibility to upload photos and other attachments to individual project activities* access to internal user messages in ITMS2014 +* access to internal calendar, reminders and tasks in ITMS2014 +* access to readonly detail of the logged in entityAccess to the registered part of the ITMS2014 + mobile application must be requested in the standard way using the account activation request functionality available on the ITMS2014 + website www.itms2014.sk.
